Can you provide a quote over the phone?

We can give you a preliminary estimate based on shipment details, but accurate quotes require documentation review (material safety data sheets, classification, weight, destination). We'll request what we need during your initial call.

Do you service all of Canada?

We operate primarily across Alberta and Western Canada (BC, Saskatchewan). For shipments outside this region, contact us to discuss options with our partner carriers.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 48 hours before scheduled service receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% service fee. Emergencies are evaluated case-by-case.

How do I schedule a hazmat audit?

Contact us with your facility location, size, and primary materials. We'll discuss scope and timeline, then send you a proposal. Audits are typically scheduled 2–3 weeks in advance.
